About these terms
These terms cover your use of woodmasterkitchenandbath.com, which is run by Woodmaster Kitchen & Bath Inc., 22900 Ventura Blvd, Suite 205, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only
Everything on this site is general information about the work we do. It is not an offer, a price quote or a guarantee of any result, schedule or saving. Products, building codes and utility programs change, so details on the site can go out of date.
The drawings of solar panels, heat pumps and other equipment are illustrations, not a design for your home. The photos show past Woodmaster jobs. Your project is designed for your house at the home visit and in the proposal.
Estimates, proposals and contracts
Any price we give you comes in a written estimate or proposal, separate from this website. Work starts only under a signed written contract. That contract, not this website, sets the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty for your job. If anything on this site differs from your contract, the contract controls.
Energy savings and incentives
We do not promise specific savings. How much an upgrade lowers a bill depends on the house, how you use energy and your utility's rates.
Rebates and incentives change often. We check what your utility offers before we quote.
Financing
If you ask about financing, any loan is an agreement between you and the lender.
Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Rates, terms and eligibility vary. Woodmaster Kitchen & Bath Inc. is not a lender.
Contractor license
Woodmaster Kitchen & Bath Inc. is a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #972736. You can check the status of any California contractor's license, including ours, on the Contractors State License Board website at cslb.ca.gov.
Links to other websites
This site links to services we do not run, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and the CSLB website. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Photos, text and logo
The photos, text, drawings and the Woodmaster logo on this site belong to Woodmaster Kitchen & Bath Inc. or are used with permission. Please ask us before you copy them for any commercial use.
Using the website
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the website itself. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed contract with us or under California law.
