Kitchens, baths and custom cabinets are the work Woodmaster is named for, and we still build our cabinets on Clybourn St in Los Angeles. A remodel is also the easiest time to add induction cooking, LED lighting and water-saving fixtures.

Our shop at 8133 Clybourn St builds the cabinets for our kitchens, baths and built-ins. Each one is made to the room's real measurements, so the boxes fit the walls you have.

Induction cooking and lighting that uses less power
A kitchen remodel opens the walls and the counters anyway. That makes it the easiest time to switch the cooktop to induction and the lighting to LED.
Efficient LED lighting
Recessed, under-cabinet and pendant lights on LED, laid out for how you cook. California's Title 24 code sets efficiency rules for new lighting in a remodel, and we design to them.
Planned with the panel
An induction cooktop needs its own 240-volt circuit. We check the panel before the kitchen design is final, so the wiring is ready when the counters go in.
Bathrooms
See your new bathroom in 3D first
Before work starts, we show you a 3D rendering of the new bathroom, so you can see the layout and the finishes together. It is much easier to move a vanity on a screen than on the job site.
Fixtures that use less water
- WaterSense faucets and showerheadsFixtures with the EPA's WaterSense label are tested to use less water and still work well.
- Low-flow toiletsCalifornia already limits new toilets to 1.28 gallons per flush, and many models use less.
- Hot water recirculationA small pump brings hot water to the far bathroom before you turn the tap, so cold water doesn't run down the drain while you wait.

From the first visit to the final walkthrough
The same office runs the job from the first call to the final inspection, and the cabinets come from our own shop along the way.
Home visit
We measure the room, look at the plumbing and the electrical panel, and talk through what you want to change.
Design and price
You get a written proposal with a price. For a bathroom, you see a 3D rendering before any work starts.
Permits and shop work
We pull the permits, and the cabinets are built in our Clybourn St shop to the final measurements.
Demolition and rough-in
The old room comes out. New plumbing and wiring go in and get inspected before the walls close.
Install and sign-off
Cabinets, counters, fixtures and lighting go in. After the final inspection, we walk the room with you.
