This website has no forms, no cookies and no analytics. This page explains the little the site does collect, and what happens to the details you give us when you call, message or email.

Who we are
Woodmaster Kitchen & Bath Inc. is a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #972736. Our office is at 22900 Ventura Blvd, Suite 205, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. On this page, "we" and "us" mean Woodmaster Kitchen & Bath Inc.
What this website collects
The site is a set of plain pages. It has:
- no contact or quote forms
- no cookies
- no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts
- no accounts or logins
We do not run any tool that tells us who you are or which pages you read.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel's servers receive technical details with each request: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, the time, and the page that sent you here. Vercel uses these logs to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. Its privacy policy explains how long it keeps them.
Fonts from Google
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google's privacy policy covers that.
Links to other services
Some links open services run by other companies, such as Google Maps for our office address and WhatsApp for messages. Once you follow one of those links, that company's privacy policy applies.
When you call, WhatsApp or email us
When you get in touch, we receive what you send us: usually your name, your phone number or email address, the address of the house, and what you tell us about the work. WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta. Our email is a Gmail account, so emails to us are stored by Google.
We use your details to:
- answer you and set up a home visit
- prepare an estimate or proposal
- do the work if you hire us, including permits and inspections
- keep the business records the law requires, such as contracts and invoices
Who we share it with
Only people who need it for your project:
- our staff, and the subcontractors and suppliers working on your job
- the city or county building department, for permits and inspections
- our licensed solar, HVAC and electrical partners, for design, permits and installation
- your utility, for solar interconnection paperwork
- a third-party lender, only if you choose to apply for financing
- anyone the law requires us to share it with, such as under a court order
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep project records, such as contracts, invoices and permit files, as long as we need them for warranty questions and for tax and legal record keeping. If you contacted us but did not hire us, you can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Asking about or deleting your information
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email woodmastercabinet@gmail.com or call 818-834-1111.
We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request. Some records, such as signed contracts and invoices, we have to keep by law even if you ask us to delete them.
California residents
California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents rights over personal information that businesses collect. Depending on how the law applies to a business, these can include the right to know what is collected, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for asking.
You can make any of these requests through the email address or phone number above, and we will answer it. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define those terms.
Children
This site is for adults planning work on a home. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Keeping details safe
No email or messaging service is fully secure. Please do not send bank account numbers, card numbers or Social Security numbers by email or WhatsApp.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
