Solar panels
Panels sized from a year of your bills and installed by a licensed solar partner, with the permits and the SCE or LADWP interconnection.
Financing
Plenty of homeowners pay for solar, batteries, heat pumps, windows and insulation with a loan from a third-party lender instead of all at once. Here is how that works with us, in plain terms.
Financing disclosure. Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Rates, terms and eligibility vary. Woodmaster Kitchen & Bath Inc. is not a lender.
How it works
It starts the same way as any job: a home visit and a written price. Financing comes after you know what the work costs.
We walk the house with you and look at the roof, panel, attic and windows. Have a year of SCE or LADWP bills handy if you can.
You get a written proposal with the full project price, item by item. You know the total before you apply for anything.
If you want to finance, you apply with a third-party lender. The lender reviews your credit and decides on approval, the rate and the term.
Read the loan offer and our contract, and sign when you are ready. Then the permits go in and the work gets scheduled.
What people finance
Ask about financing for any of these. Which projects a loan can cover is up to the lender and its program.

Stores daytime solar power for the evening and can back up key circuits in an outage.
Heat pump heating and cooling for the whole house, and heat pump water heaters that replace the gas tank. Installed by licensed partners.
Dual-pane, low-E windows, sliding doors and skylights that keep afternoon heat outside.
Attic, wall and crawlspace insulation, plus sealed gaps around pipes, wiring and can lights.
Reflective roofing that stays cooler in the sun, laid out so solar panels can go on now or later.
Before you apply
Every lender sets its own list. These are the things lenders commonly ask for, so it helps to have them close by.

Honest notes
A loan is a contract between you and the lender, separate from your contract with us. Keep these four things in mind.
The lender decides whether to approve your application. We don't make that decision, and we can't promise an approval.
Your rate, term and monthly payment depend on the lender, the program and your credit. Ask for the APR and the total you will repay.
Get more than one offer before you choose. Your own bank or credit union is worth asking too.
Read the loan agreement in full, including the fees and what happens if you pay it off early. Ask questions until every line makes sense.
Rebates and incentives change often. We check what your utility offers before we quote.
